Data deletion

You can have the data Loudoo read from your Meta or Shopify accounts deleted at any time, along with your audit request.

By email

Write to contact@loudoos.com with the subject “Delete my data”, from the address you used for your request. We delete everything within 30 days and confirm by email when it’s done.

From Facebook

In Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites. Choose Loudoo and click Remove. Loudoo immediately loses access to your accounts, and data already read is deleted within 30 days.

From Shopify

In your store admin, uninstall the Loudoo app. Loudoo immediately loses access, and your store data is deleted within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• The numbers read from your accounts (ads, spend, orders, products).
• Your reports and the history of suggested actions.
• Your audit request and your contact details.

Only information the law requires us to keep, such as an invoice, is kept for the required period.
