This page explains what data Loudoo collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to exercise your rights.

Who is responsible for your data

What the website collects

When you request an audit, we store what you type in the form: first name, email, store, ad budget, message, whether you want to hear when the Monday report opens, and the language of the site you used.

The website doesn’t track visits and uses no advertising cookies. A single cookie, “lang”, is set when you pick a language with the FR / EN switch, to remember it for one year. Fonts are served by the website itself. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

What Loudoo reads when you connect your accounts

For the audit and the report, you allow Loudoo to read your Meta accounts (campaigns, spend, ad results) and, if you wish, your Shopify store (orders, products, sales figures). This data is used only to produce your report and the suggested actions. It is never sold or used for advertising.

Access is read-only. Loudoo changes nothing in your accounts without your approval, one action at a time.

Why, and on what legal basis

• Answering and carrying out your audit request: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Letting you know when the Monday report opens: your consent, given by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Remembering your language: your request, when you click FR or EN.
• Securing the website: our legitimate interest in protecting it from abuse.

How long

• Audit requests: 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.
• Data read from your accounts: as long as your accounts are connected, then deleted within 30 days of disconnecting or your request.
• Language cookie: 1 year.

Who has access

Only Loudoo’s publisher reads your data. Our technical providers process it on our behalf:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, storage of requests and forwarding of emails sent to contact@loudoos.com. Transfers to the United States are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use. Write to contact@loudoos.com: we reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or with your local authority.
